Practice SEVEN SPIRITUAL LAWS Coming week 28.06.15 to 5.07.15

Many of us grew up with the belief that achieving success requires relentless hard work, grim determination and intense ambition. As a result, we may have struggled for years and even reached some of our goals but wound up feeling exhausted, our lives out of balance. As Deepak Chopra observes in his transformational book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success,such desperate striving isn’t necessary or even desirable. In the natural world, creation comes forth with ease. A seed doesn’t struggle to become a tree―it simply unfolds in grace.

The seven spiritual laws are powerful principles you can use to fulfill your deepest desires with grace and ease.  These laws of aren’t difficult or mysterious but are easy to understand and apply. Each day of the week is dedicated to one of the seven spiritual laws. We invite you to develop a daily practice in which you meditate or take a few moments to quiet your mind, and then read the spiritual law of the day and practice applying it throughout the day.

Monday: 

I will put the Law of Giving and Receiving into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:


1. Wherever I go, and whomever I encounter, I will bring them a gift. The gift may be a compliment, a flower, or a prayer. Today, I will give something to everyone I come into contact with, and so I will begin the process of circulating joy, wealth and affluence in my life and in the lives of others.

2. Today I will gratefully receive all the gifts that life has to offer me. I will receive the gifts of nature: sunlight and the sound of birds singing, or spring showers or the first snow of winter. I will also be open to receiving from others, whether it be in the form of a material gift, money, a compliment or a prayer.

3. I will make a commitment to keep wealth circulating in my life by giving and receiving life’s most precious gifts: the gifts of caring, affection, appreciation and love. Each time I meet someone, I will silently wish them happiness, joy and laughter.

Tuesday : 

I will put the Law of Karma into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps

1. Today I will witness the choices I make in each moment. And in the mere witnessing of these choices, I will bring them to my conscious awareness. I will know that the best way to prepare for any moment in the future is to be fully conscious in the present.

2. Whenever I make a choice, I will ask myself two questions: “What are the consequences of this choice that I’m making?” and “Will this choice bring fulfillment and happiness to me and also to those who are affected by this choice?”

3. I will then ask my heart for guidance and be guided by its message of comfort or discomfort. If the choice feels comfortable, I will plunge ahead with abandon. If the choice feels uncomfortable, I will pause and see the consequences of my action with my inner vision. This guidance will enable me to make spontaneously correct choices for myself and for all those around me.

Wednesday :

I will put the Law of Least Effort into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:

1. I will practice Acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were.

2. Having accepted things as they are, I will take Responsibility for my situation and for all those events I see as problems. I know that taking responsibility means not blaming anyone or anything for my situation (and this includes myself). I also know that every problem is an opportunity in disguise, and this alertness to opportunities allows me to take this moment and transform it into a greater benefit.

3. Today my awareness will remain established in Defenselessness. I will relinquish the need to defend my point of view. I will feel no need to convince or persuade others to accept my point of view. I will remain open to all points of view and not be rigidly attached to any one of them.

Thursday :

I will put the Law of Intention and Desire into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:

1. I will make a list of all my desires. I will carry this list with me wherever I go. I will look at this list before I go into my silence and meditation. I will look at it before I go to sleep at night. I will look at it when I wake up in the morning.

2. I will release this list of my desires and surrender it to the womb of creation, trusting that when things don’t seem to go my way, there is a reason, and that the cosmic plan has designs for me much grander than even those I have conceived.
3. I will remind myself to practice present-moment awareness in all my actions. I will refuse to allow obstacles to consume and dissipate the quality of my attention in the present moment. I will accept the present as it is, and manifest the future through my deepest, most cherished intentions and desires.
Friday :
1. Today I will commit myself to detachment. I will allow myself and those around me the freedom to be as they are. I will not rigidly impose my idea of how things should be. I will not force solutions on problems, thereby creating new problems. I will participate in everything with detached involvement.

2. Today I will factor in uncertainty as an essential ingredient of my experience. In my willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge out of the problem, out of the confusion, disorder, and chaos. The more uncertain things seem to be, the more secure I will feel, because uncertainty is my path to freedom. Through the wisdom of uncertainty, I will find my security.
3. I will step into the field of all possibilities and anticipate the excitement that can occur when I remain open to an infinity of choices. When I step into the field of all possibilities, I will experience all the fun, adventure, magic, and mystery of life.

Yes i could do this

Hey folks
Good wishes

I started my course again

My three month goal is
1) Stop Drinking Alcohol
2) Stop smoking cigarette not even one
3) No Gutuka not even in weekends
4) eating meat
5) celibacy
What ever may come. I can tolerate the situation, . I am sure

no confusions , fear ,anxiety

What precaution i will take counter to this
This week only 1/06/15 to 5/06/15

What ever may come Log in exactly at 8;30 AM
Log off exactly at 5:40 leave office on time , don't hang around. not necessary to give lift to any of the guys. No Lift for this week

Monday     - Yoga, office , walk , Sleep, fruits , 4 liter water , night less food should be done with food prior to 20 every day, no WiFi connection for whole week
Tuesday      - Repeat, Complete those two books , and visit the Just books and renew it
Wednesday - Repeat
Thursday - Repeat
Friday  - Repeat
Saturday - Shivanhalli
Sunday   - Shivanhalli come back on Monday morning

I don't like call daily to parents

Count down stated guys wish and bless me please

Goal for this week 

1.What i have decided is to attendee the complete five day yoga class in Rastrothana.  and have light food in night .

Attiude and office

Hey folks

Today is as usual the same day as before. resumed to work correct said timings..Sharp 8:25am

Day begun with having break fast and Tea @ 9PM. whenever i enter in to the office glass door
kind of pressure and force catch up my breath

my repetitive anxiety s are insecurity about job , fear about in efficient boss , who suddenly turn out and ask what is the updates regarding new project undertaken.

he don't want to see the fragments and resistance forces that arising due to new project yet he want results within short period of time

This days i am feeling more presence at office feel like involving myself more on to the assigned work

Today is Friday -awesome day today

Hey today begin with morning walk and meditation exercise.

Good news for today is its been 17 teen days i am raiding ma bike , Bike is awesome ZOOOM ZOOM..................................................

I love it

Thanks god for everything. Bike is much more efficient than my previous 20 year old and 3nd hand  CBZ bike. I feel more younger and energetic for my new ride.



for god sake we must have to accept the changes that god frequently through upon us , listen those as opportunity

The story here is when i purchased ma first bike CBZ, i have decided not to sell it @ the day one and this saying is not at all from my heart, i just spoke out egoistically.

True. this day

down the heart i always force on saying. "Whatever i say i have to do it" this attitude i learnt last from a two years.
Once again this belief is again i remembered from my childhood religious movies and over behaved as more orthodox

But today i have already sold ma 20 year old and 3nd hand  CBZ bike




What i have learnt : 

I have to believe more on myself rather imitating and taking a behaviors or holding on to belief and attitude from others

Well Today Monday

Again same routine as usual , resume to joint wheel

Attending weekly meeting in drowsy face , listen to the reviews of colleagues previous work
listen to the same philosophy.

Today's accomplishment 
1) Happy to spend 5hrs at a stretch on fixture automation


My daily routine in brief : 

Monday to Saturday same 

Keep alarm @ 5:30 , snooze before deleting. finally put all the morning dreams and thoughts aside 
finally wake up at 6AM.

Rush to bath room or have cup of hot water

after bathroom activity of course time will be at 6:30AM,  many times think to spend some alone time in garden. this wish Consistently never happening  last from Month

Stray Dog, Who is your care taker

Hey Guys Its happened yesterday night around 10PM ,  this days occasionally i take stroll after my dinner.

after stroll heading towards my home , noticed two gentle men are shouting at each other for the matter of Stray Dog barking.  WOW WOW ................WOW Continuous without a second pause


The matter goes like this

Gentle Man A:  He is proud father for three Children s and care taker of family residing in JP nagar full of trees less noise and pollution .

He is repeatedly shouting arrogantly to nice  software guy.

Gentle man B : He is software guy daily arrive home @ 10PM only , normally he take his pet to walking around the street of Gentlemens As residency

Come back to the matter 

Gentlemen A and B very arrogant to each 

A says : Why the hell you bring your dog to our street after 10pm.   cant you see the stray dog barking for the reason of your pet.


this disturbs our children s sleep 


B Says : Why your telling me that i am not responsible for that Bitch . talk to that 


A Says : Very angry and says, I don't know any thing , tomorrow you should not have to come near to my house.

B Says : I will come whatever may come.  Software guy is more of Logical in his words. 

always trying to convenience him saying 
" Let us think Logically , if i walked with my pet why should have to bother of that stray bitch" 


"I am not responsible "  
A says :  He is more of sensational rather than logical 

I dont know man , if you come like this tomorrow i know my way to harm you



Noticing all this silently , myself entered situation


Said to A :  See boss your wrong in approach, you should not have to be arrogant with B.   in fact you should have to speak BBMP regarding this stray dogs.
probably you may requested him to change his way

Now situation arrived at cold war by mutual understanding , Gentlemen took move


But Still Stray dog Still followed the dog until reaching home barking WOW , WOW ,WOW


now i am headed to my home thinking who the fukkin resposible person to this situation provide freedom to all people i mean A,B,Bs Pet, lastly Stray Dog,BBMP
