Weekly GOAL

Goal for this week 

1.What i have decided is to attendee the complete five day yoga class in Rastrothana.  and have light food in night .
Status : 
Monday       -  Absent, heavy food at night
Tuesday       -  Attended , had light food
Wednesday  -
Thursday     -
Friday         - Attended
Saturday     - ACCIDENT
Sunday       -

2. Feel more belonging in all the events 

3. Ask for blessings from Dad and mom 

4. listen to DVG phrases 

5. Practice Seven spiritual laws of success  by Deepak chopra
